Juniors and seniors majoring or minoring in WSGS are encouraged to participate in the internship experience as a dynamic means of linking theory and practice. As part of this semester long placement, students are enrolled in WSGS 398 and asked to blog about their work with organizations that promote feminist principles across the city, including:
- GirlForward
- Deborah’s Place
- Heartland Alliance
- Porchlight Counseling Services
